REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel your reservation for a Specialty Dining or Workshop event, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund, less our standard $20 per reservation cancellation fee. (Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund.) Reservations for bus tours must be cancelled at least two weeks in advance or will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover the cost of transportation and other amenities already reserved on your behalf. Bus cancellations made more than two weeks in advance are subject to a $20 per reservation cancellation fee. You may cancel your reservation by calling our office at (269) 962-1255 or by sending us an e-mail. You may elect to transfer your reservation to another upcoming event, if space is available. By making a reservation with Southern Exposure, either online, via phone or in person, you agree to the terms and conditions of our updated cancellation policy.
