Beverage & Bar Service Options

To add to your experience at Southern Exposure Herb Farm, we offer alcoholic beverages to accompany each of our meals and during your reception. Bartenders are available to serve a variety of alcoholic beverages that include fine wines, cordials, cognacs, liqueurs, domestic and imported beer as well as soft drinks and juice. Although we understand your guests may request a particular brand and we will do our best to accommodate your needs, Southern Exposure reserves the right to substitute brands with equal or greater name recognition.

All hosted and cash bar services require the service of a bartender. One bartender will be scheduled for every 75 guests. Our bar services are available until 10:45 p.m. We ask that you please add an additional 18 % service charge to all open bar options. To make your choices easy, we offer three bar service options.

#1. Hosted Consumption Bar

Option Number One includes our open bar service which keeps a tally of whatever your guests drink throughout the evening. Pricing is per drink.

#2. Cash Bar Service

Option Number Two offers your guests an opportunity to pay the bartender individually for their own beverages.

#3. Hosted Complete Beverage Service

Option Number Three is based on a per person price for a set number of hours of OPEN BAR SERVICE depending on the type of drinks you desire to offer your guests. These OPEN BAR Services are available for a minimum for four hours and a maximum of five hours. We know your guests will have ample time to enjoy the many varieties of beverages offered.

Charges for this option are applied to the total number of guaranteed guests and exclude children under the age of six. Southern Exposure feels that this option offers its guests four economical ways to celebrate their special day!

NOTE: All options offer your younger guests an opportunity to enjoy soft drinks and juices for $6.00 per person for four hours and $8.00 per person for five hours.

3A. Standard Complete Beverage Service

includes wine, imported and domestic beer, soft drinks and juices.
Guests age 21 and older will be charged $20.00 per person for four hours and $24.00 per person for five hours.

3B. Upgrade Complete Beverage Service

includes well brand spirits in addition to house wines, imported and domestic beer, soft drinks and juices.
Guests age 21 and older will be charged $22.00 per person for four hours and $26.00 per person for five hours.

3C. Premium Complete Beverage Service

offers yours guests well brand spirits and premium brand spirits in addition to house wines, imported and domestic beer, soft drinks and juices.
Guests age 21 and older will be charged $24.00 per person for four hours and $28.00 per person for five hours.

3D. Super Premium Complete Beverage Service

includes well brand and premium brand spirits, cognacs, cordials and liqueurs in addition to house wines, imported and domestic beer, soft drinks and juices.
Guests age 21 and older will be charged $27.00 per person for four hours and $30.00 per person for five hours.
