Looking for a beautiful, peaceful setting for an upcoming special event or just to escape the stress of every day life? Our beautiful pastoral setting offers visitors an opportunity to stroll through our lush gardens of colorful flowers and arbors, as well as enjoy a meal prepared by Chef Elsie. Southern Exposure’s dining rooms can accommodate guests of 12 or more for any special occasion. Menus meticulously prepared by our chef, offer our guests a variety of culinary choices including dessert!

Our on-site catering service is available for parties of 12 or more. Although we know that it is difficult to choose from so many delectable choices, we ask that all guests in your party choose the same entrée and dessert to ensure fast service and minimal cost.

The Hog House
Built on an 1840 farm site, Southern Exposure has completely renovated the farm’s former structures into three lovely dining rooms. What once housed the livestock is now charming Victorian settings for weddings, baby showers, and club and business meetings. Our coziest dining room, the Hog House, features an intimate setting with a fireplace and stone patio and has been impeccably furnished with antiques, country quilts and china.

The Corn Crib
Renovated in 2000, the "Corn Crib" is home to a larger dining room with a covered patio area as well as a luxurious Bridal Suite designed to pamper the bride and her attendants on her special day. The Corn Crib, which is equipped with a state-of-the-art kitchen and dining room, offers its guests an expansive country view and can be utilized by larger parties.

The Milking Parlour
The "Milking Parlor" is nestled on the ground level of our beautifully restored 1831 barn, which overlooks beautiful gardens and a fountain. Its large, wrap-around patio and underhang offer the perfect location for graduation parties, anniversary parties and family gatherings. The barn also features a beautiful gift shop and Groom’s Quarters to pamper our grooms.

All our facilities are available for your special events with our on-site catering service. Due to health and liability concerns, only food prepared in our commercial kitchens may be served in our facilities. However, should you choose to bring a birthday or wedding cake prepared in a commercial bakery we will be pleased to serve it along with your special menu for an additional cost of .50 per guest.
