Hors D'oeuvres Menu Selections

Southern Exposure offers our guests on-site catering for groups of 12 or more. An 18% gratuity and 6% tax will be added to your final bill. After enjoying your meal, we offer our guests an optional herbal gift making class to take home as a personalized memento of their visit to the farm.

All our facilities are available for your special events with our on-site catering service. Due to health and liability concerns, only food prepared in our commercial kitchens may be served in our facilities. However, should you choose to bring a birthday or wedding cake prepared in a commercial bakery, we will be pleased to serve it along with your special menu for an additional cost of .50 per guest.

HORS D'OEUVRES BUFFET

Southern Exposure offers a variety of choices all displayed using our finest antique platters, serving bowls and utensils, and includes:

An assortment of fresh (seasonal) vegetables and dip

An assortment of fresh fruit

A selection of imported and domestic cheese with a variety of gourmet crackers

Hot meatballs prepared with Chef Elsie’s special sauce

A combination of fillo-wrapped appetizers and miniature quiches

An assortment of mini-sandwiches

All appetizers are served with our own delicious fruit punch and our special coffee blend for $18.50 per guest.
