Southern Exposure offers our guests on-site catering for groups of 12 or more. Although it’s difficult to choose from the delectable offerings made by Chef Elsie, we ask that your party choose the same entrée and dessert to ensure fast service and minimal cost. An 18% gratuity and 6% tax will be added to your final bill. After enjoying your meal, we offer our guests an optional herbal gift making class to take home as a personalized memento of their visit to the farm.

All our facilities are available for your special events with our on-site catering service. Due to health and liability concerns, only food prepared in our commercial kitchens may be served in our facilities. However, should you choose to bring a birthday or wedding cake prepared in a commercial bakery, we will be pleased to serve it along with your special menu for an additional cost of .50 per guest.

LUNCHEON SELECTIONS

Southern Exposure is known for its Southern hospitality and as such we don’t want to see anyone leave us feeling hungry. Our entrée selections are served with bread and butter, a delectable selection of desserts and freshly brewed herbal tea and our special coffee blend.

Southern Exposure’s Chicken Salad

Our own delicious, homemade chicken salad is served on a bed of fresh salad greens and is accompanied with a variety of delicious fresh fruit. Chef Elsie enjoys using her creativity to prepare this special salad just for you. $16

London Broil

Chef Elsie uses tender slices of beef served on top of a variety of mixed greens, red onions, pecans, avocado, gorgonzola cheese and her special homemade herbal dressing. $18

Shrimp, Orzo, Vegetable Confetti Salad

Chef Elsie has prepared a delightful blend of large shrimp marinated in her own special sauce and combined with orzo pasta, capers and a medley of crisp seasonal vegetables all tossed with extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice and balsamic vinegar. $16

Greek Chicken Salad

Red and green bell peppers, cucumbers, olives, cherry tomatoes, red onion on a bed of mixed greens, feta cheese, and topped with strips of tender grilled chicken breast make a perfect luncheon choice. $16

Teriyaki Pork

Chef Elsie uses tender slices of marinated pork tenderloin served on top of mixed spring greens, green onion, radishes, peapods, and julienne-cut carrots. $17

Chef Elsie's Cobb Salad

For a lighter lunch, we offer a variety of mixed greens combined with diced chicken breast, bacon, avocado, chopped eggs and tomatoes, blue cheese and Chef Elsie’s homemade herbal dressing. $16

Adding a soup:

Each entrée arrives at your table accompanied by bread and butter as well as a delectable dessert and your choice of herbal tea and our special coffee blend.

However, don’t forget the soup! Our chef has prepared a delicious choice of soups that include: garden vegetable, vegetarian black bean, squash soup (seasonal), clam chowder and gumbo for an additional cost of $3.50 per guest.

Although we realize this will be a difficult choice to make, Chef Elsie has created a variety of tempting desserts to finish off a perfect day in the country.
