Along the way, you'll enjoy the very best in regional cuisine, transporting your palette from the jazz-scented streets of New Orleans to the cultural treasures of Renaissance Europe. Each dinner includes a special glass of wine selected by our sommelier and an irresistible dessert. Click here for the Spring 2012 Schedule.

Paris: The Enchanting "City of Light"

The metropolis we know today as Paris can trace its roots to a prehistoric village founded more than 4,200 years before the birth of Christ. The Celtic Senone tribe established their unique presence there in 250 B.C., followed by the Romans in 52 B.C.

Today, Paris is a world leader in the culinary arts with more than 5,000 restaurants and bistros scattered throughout its 20 arrondissements. It is considered one of the greenest and most liveable cities in Europe. (Source: Wikipedia) To learn more about this history and culture of Paris, click here now.
